ผ้า FBG (Fiberglass) เป็นวัสดุกรองที่ผลิตจากเส้นใยแก้ว ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติเด่นด้านการ ทนความร้อนสูง (สูงถึง 260°C หรือมากกว่า) และทนต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีฝุ่นรุนแรง กัดกร่อน หรือมีสารเคมีบางชนิด เหมาะสำหรับใช้งานใน โรงไฟฟ้า, โรงงานซีเมนต์, หม้อเผา, เตาหลอมโลหะ, และ โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมหนัก

ผ้า FBG มีความแข็งแรงเชิงกลสูง ไม่เสียรูปง่าย แม้ใช้งานต่อเนื่องในอุณหภูมิสูง โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเคลือบด้วย PTFE หรือกราไฟต์ จะช่วยเพิ่มความทนสารเคมี ลดการจับฝุ่น และยืดอายุการใช้งาน เหมาะสำหรับงานที่ไม่สามารถใช้วัสดุกรองทั่วไปได้ และต้องการประสิทธิภาพสูงในการกรองฝุ่นละเอียดในสภาพรุนแรง

FBG (Fiberglass) filter bags are made from glass fibers and are designed for extreme temperature resistance (up to 260°C or higher) and high-dust load environments. These filters are widely used in power plants, cement kilns, metal smelting, boilers, and heavy industrial operations.

FBG offers high tensile strength and dimensional stability under continuous heat. When coated with PTFE, silicone, or graphite, its chemical resistance and dust-release properties improve significantly, making it suitable for highly corrosive and abrasive gas streams.

FBG filter bags are preferred in operations where standard fabrics like PE, PP, or even Nomex are inadequate due to intense heat and aggressive conditions.
