ผ้า AS (Acrylic Staple) เป็นผ้ากรองที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มี ก๊าซกรดปานกลาง และ อุณหภูมิระดับปานกลาง (ประมาณ 120–140°C) มีคุณสมบัติทนกรดได้ดี ทนความชื้น และมีความเสถียรทางเคมีสูง เหมาะกับอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการเผาไหม้เชื้อเพลิง เช่น โรงไฟฟ้า, โรงงานปูนซีเมนต์, หม้อไอน้ำ, หรือ ระบบกรองฝุ่นที่มี SOx/NOx

ผ้าอะคริลิกมีพื้นผิวเส้นใยที่ช่วยดักจับฝุ่นได้ดี โดยไม่อุดตันง่าย และยังมีอายุการใช้งานยาวพอสมควรในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่รุนแรงจนเกินไป เป็นตัวเลือกที่คุ้มค่าในงานกรองที่ไม่ต้องการวัสดุราคาแพงอย่าง PPS หรือ PTFE แต่ยังต้องการประสิทธิภาพที่มั่นใจได้

AS (Acrylic Staple) filter bags are designed for medium-temperature dust filtration applications (typically 120–140°C) in environments with acidic gas exposure. They provide excellent resistance to acids and moisture, and maintain good chemical stability under moderate conditions.

These filter bags are ideal for industries such as cement plants, power boilers, and waste incineration systems where acid gases like SO₂ or NOₓ are present. The fiber surface offers effective dust capture without clogging easily, and the material delivers a balanced combination of performance and cost-efficiency.

AS filter bags are commonly chosen when PPS or PTFE is not necessary, yet reliable filtration and chemical resistance are still required.
