Pre Filter Cardboard

Pre-Filter Cardboard หรือ ฟิลเตอร์ต้นกรองกระดาษลูกฟูก เป็นแผ่นกรองแบบเพลต (Panel Filter) ที่ใช้กรอบกระดาษลูกฟูกคุณภาพสูง (beverage board) ใช้สำหรับการกรองฝุ่นหยาบ เช่น ฝุ่น PM10 ขนาด >5 ไมครอน ก่อนเข้าสู่ระบบกรองขั้นสูง เพื่อป้องกันการอุดตันของฟิลเตอร์ถัดไปและช่วยยืดอายุการใช้งานของระบบกรองอากาศทั้งหมด

คุณสมบัติเด่น:

  • โครงสร้างกระดาษลูกฟูกที่แข็งแรงและทนความชื้น (moisture-resistant)

  • แผ่นกรองแบบพับ (pleated) เพิ่มพื้นที่กรอง แต่ยังคงขนาดกะทัดรัดเหมาะกับระบบ HVAC

  • ต้นทุนต่ำ ใช้งานแล้วทิ้ง (disposable) จึงง่ายต่อการเปลี่ยนและบำรุงรักษา

  • ประสิทธิภาพกรองระดับกลาง เช่น G4 หรือ MERV 5–10 (ขึ้นอยู่กับวัสดุ)

การใช้งานทั่วไป:

Pre-Filter Cardboard, also known as a Cardboard Panel Pre-Filter, is a pleated panel filter using high-strength beverage board as the frame. It captures coarse dust such as PM10 (particles > 5 µm) to protect downstream filters and extend the life of higher-efficiency filters.
