ผ้า Needle Felt (นีดเดิลเฟลท์) เป็นผ้าไม่ถักไม่ทอชนิดหนา ผลิตจากเส้นใยสังเคราะห์ เช่น โพลีเอสเตอร์ (PE), โพลีโพรพิลีน (PP), ไฟเบอร์กลาส หรือ PPS ผ่านกระบวนการ Needle Punching เพื่อเพิ่มความหนาแน่นและความแข็งแรง
ผ้าแบบนี้เหมาะสำหรับ งานกรองฝุ่นอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะในระบบถุงกรองฝุ่น (Dust Collector) มีคุณสมบัติทนทาน กรองฝุ่นละเอียดได้ดี และระบายอากาศได้ดี ใช้ในโรงงานซีเมนต์ โรงไฟฟ้า โรงเหล็ก โรงงานเคมี และอุตสาหกรรมหนักอื่น ๆ

Needle Felt is a thick, nonwoven fabric made from synthetic fibers such as polyester (PE), polypropylene (PP), fiberglass, or PPS. It is manufactured using a needle punching process to increase density and mechanical strength.
This fabric is ideal for industrial dust filtration, particularly in dust collector systems. It provides excellent dust capture, high durability, and good air permeability, making it suitable for industries such as cement, power plants, steel production, chemical factories, and other heavy-duty applications.

ทนต่อสารเคมี กรด และด่าง ได้ดีเยี่ยม (Excellent Acid & Alkali Resistance): ผลิตจากเส้นใย Polypropylene 100% จึงมีความทนทานต่อสารเคมีกัดกร่อนได้ดีมากทั้งกรดเข้มข้นและด่างเข้มข้น (pH 1–13) ไม่เปื่อยเปื่อยหรือเสื่อมสภาพง่ายเมื่อสัมผัสสารเคมี
ผิวหน้าเรียบ ลดการหลุดร่วงของเส้นใย และดักจับตะกอนได้ดี (Singed/Glazed Surface Finish): ผ่านการอบความร้อนและเผาขน (Singed / Glazed) ที่ผิวหน้าผ้า ช่วยป้องกันไม่ให้เส้นใยหลุดปนไปกับน้ำกรอง (Anti-Fiber Shedding) ทั้งยังช่วยให้เค้กตะกอน (Filter Cake) สลัดหลุดออกได้ง่าย และล้างทำความสะอาดได้สะดวก
อัตราการไหลและระบายของเหลวได้ดีเยี่ยม (High Permeability & Flow Rate): ขนาดช่องกรอง 25 ไมครอน ให้ความยืดหยุ่นสูงระหว่างความสามารถในการกักเก็บอนุภาคตะกอนขนาดปานกลางกับอัตราการไหล ทำให้เกิดแรงดันตก (Pressure Drop) ต่ำ เหมาะสำหรับการกรองของเหลวปริมาณมากโดยไม่อุดตันเร็ว
